Unable to close quarter 1

Hi all

I would like to file my quarter 1 return, so I followed the video that Dexxter has about close quarter or reopen a quarter, but I’m having a problem.In the video, they go to ‘settings’ and then ‘general’ to close quarter 1, so that you can then close it again in ‘declarations’ – ‘vAT declaration’ and thus create the vAT declaration.However, I cannot close my quarter 1 under ‘Settings’ – ‘General’. It keeps saying ‘All previous quarters must be closed first!’.

How can I solve this?

Good evening! I have the same problem. So I'm jumping on your question (@MB) and hope we can find/get a solution as soon as possible. Regards. You can only close a quarter if the previous quarters are closed. Please check this, including for the previous financial year.Conversely, you can only open quarters if all quarters in the opposite direction have been opened. Be careful with this, as it may cause your returns to be incorrect. It is always best to print your journals first and note your changes on them.
