Question

What is the difference between personal income tax and IC returns?

Personal income tax is a tax you pay on your taxable income. Every taxpayer in Belgium – everyone who lives here or manages their assets here – has to pay it.

An iC declaration is a list of all transactions your company has carried out with VAT-registered customers in other EU countries.
