That seems like something for support to look into, they can take a look at your file :)
Perhaps because you are not subject to VAT? Or because you are working in a Dexxter file that is not subject to VAT?
But question support, they will be able to help you quickly!
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
