Sent via PostNL but no invoice

Question

I send my parcels via PostNL as it is the cheapest option.

I cannot create a business account with PostNL because I do not send enough parcels on an annual basis. PostNL does not issue invoices for the purchases of shipping labels without a business account.

Is it still possible to claim these costs using the shipping label itself, which states the price, or a print screen from your order?

Just enter it as a sale to a private person. The amount will then include vAT (without vAT reverse charge). You can print a screenshot of the order (or the confirmation email after payment) to a pDF file and upload it to Dexxter. You can also use the shipping label (which is normally already a pDF) provided that it shows a price incl. VAT and the vAT percentage (this is not the case with all couriers, because in principle the recipient does not need to know this).
