Question

I have received a foreign (non-EU) invoice for my website, but my vAT number is not stated on it. Is this a problem? Can I just enter it?

You can simply enter it, but you will not be able to deduct the VAT if you are subject to VAT. You can also ask the supplier to issue a corrected invoice stating your vAT number. I suspect that you have paid VAT on that amount.
