Question

Due to my profession as a tree surgeon, I need injections of hyaluronic acid to be able to function. These are not paid back by the health insurance fund. It seems logical to me that I can claim these as expenses. Right?

Hello,

I fear that the tax authorities will not agree with this, even though you need these injections to continue doing your job.

The cause is a medical condition, and I fear that the tax authorities will not see a direct causal link and will reject your costs. :s
