VAT exemption to subject to VAT

Question

Hey, I am switching from VAT exemption to VAT liability in the last quarter of this year (I have applied for this on my social platform). This probably means that I am only exempt on an amount of 12,500 euros (first quarter not yet self-employed in secondary occupation). Does this mean that I have to start charging VAT from 12,500 euros?

Kind regards

You must charge vAT from the moment you become subject to VAT, i.e. at the start of the last quarter.

Great, thanks for the clarification!
