I started my business on 2 January 2024. I now want to close my quarter to do my vAT declaration, but I keep getting an error message saying that I can only do this if I close previous quarters. But there aren’t any…
Meanwhile, the deadline is approaching. Can anyone advise me on this problem?

Could it be because you created a previous year? Because you have to close all quarters that exist in Dexxter, i.e. the years you have created :)
You can do this via Settings > General. Scroll down a little and you will see the option to close quarters. This is for the year that is open at the top right!
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
