Which cost category should I use for transaction costs (e.g. credit card, PayPal)?

Question

I watched the video about cost categories, which shows that I don’t need to worry too much about allocating costs, but I don’t know good where to book the transaction costs for purchases via webshops.I assume this is a ‘services’ and ‘100%’ professional expense?
Does this fall under anything logical? I thought there would be a specifically defined category for here, but apparently not 🙂

Hmm, I would actually dare to put it under something from 'good', because it is so closely associated with it... (But I'm not sure).

Although financial costs would also be possible, given that it relates to that too :)

I certainly wouldn't worry about it, that's for sure!

Absolutely right! You can't see any details of that credit card, except how much you paid and to whom.

You could pay 100 euros for a Google advert, which seems professional, but it might not have been for your business. So an inspector could easily dismiss it if you can't provide any more evidence than just that payment. Only do this if you are going to pay for recurring items. Because at the time of the audit, you can simply submit something that shows that the 9.99 euros per month (or whatever) was for XYZ. As Mr MZ says above.

I have the same question. What about proof and vAT receipts from transaction costs?

Then I would say: various financial costs.
