I started my subject to VAT sole proprietorship in January 2023. Do I have to submit a nil customer list for 2022?

Vera

No, in 2024 you will have to submit your first customer list, which will then relate to 2022.

That should also be stated for upcoming events in Dexxter (at least that was the case for me). Started in February 2022 ;)
