Should income paid by bank transfer be entered under daily receipts?

Question

If a customer buys something and pays by bank transfer but you haven’t created an invoice, can you enter this under daily receipts?
Or do you always have to create an invoice for payments by bank transfer?

If it was paid immediately that day, I think it's okay. (And if it's a private person, of course).

Bank transfer doesn't seem to be a problem in itself.

I think this has already been stated here, but it makes no difference if I remember correctly... as long as it is paid immediately upon sale, bank transfer can also be used as a payment method.
