Request an increase in social security contributions

I have been self-employed in secondary occupation for 3 months. I received the invoice for the payment of the provisional social security contribution. The contribution to be paid is too low in relation to my expected income. How can I request an increase in this contribution? And can I still do this for the first quarter contribution? (the contribution has not yet been paid)
