When will the money be credited to the account if the payment is made with a QR code via the app?

If that QR code was created directly, i.e. via the last step when creating a sales invoice, then it's just like a regular transfer in terms of speed.

If the QR code was created via Mollie, then the payment has been made to your Mollie account. The money will then be in your Mollie profile.
