Good evening, I purchased a second-hand light goods vehicle to a private person. Can I declare these purchases? Thank you in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You will be able to claim the purchase price (the percentage depends, in my opinion, on the amount of professional use %), but this is a margin vehicle. This means that there is no vAT to be recovered.
