We are looking for additional storage space for our business. We have found a new garage box in the neighbourhood.
Can we purchase such a garage box in the name of the business? How many years does it take to write this off? Since we are talking about a new construction project, we also have to pay 21% vAT. Would it be beneficial to change our statute (from vAT exempt to subject to VAT)?
Are there any other options? Does anyone have similar experience?
