Do I now have to withdraw the amount I paid as a private person (before starting my business) from my business account and transfer it back to my private account?

No, it does not matter which account you paid from. However, the tax authorities do have the option of checking your personal account once you do payments from it. If you limit those payments to your business account, they will only check your business account.
