You should search for it in the learning center at start-up; there is an article about it on the page.
The general rule is that you can claim expenses incurred up to three months before your official start date. Of course, this only applies to expenses related to your business, for which you have an invoice or receipt.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
