I have not yet activated Peppol, but I still have the next questions about it:
What should be done (from January 2026) with receipts that I want to submit?
The same applies to vAT receipts from restaurants. How do you submit these via Peppol?

If you receive receipts from 01/01/2026 onwards, you can still simply enter them in your accounts. You will not be able to reclaim vAT on them, because they are receipts. Of course, i don't know whether you are subject to VAT :)
But invoices (on which you can reclaim vAT) will have to go via Peppol. Receipts, tickets, etc. will not go through Peppol. So your restaurant receipt will not go through Peppol either!
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
