PDF files not accepted via the digital Dexxter mailbox

Thank you for your question! Sending pDFs to the digital mailbox should (normally :)) work good. Could you possibly send us the file you want to forward to your digital mailbox? Then we can view it and see where it's going wrong. You can send it to [email protected].

Thank you very much for your response.

I have now linked my new professional email address to Outlook (I was using the web version because I didn't have an Office package yet) and can confirm that the pDF file was successfully added to my 'expenses' via the Dexxter platform. In addition to this pDF file, two "empty" jpg files were also uploaded. I was able to easily delete these; they must have been picked up somewhere along with the pDF file.

Those two empty jpg files are probably due to the fact that your email signature is a photo? The digital mailbox is set up to recognise everything in the email that is of the file type pDF, JPG or PNG. Ideally, whatever you want to upload should be in the email attachment, so it will always recognise and upload it correctly, but it will also search for files in the email itself if they are not in the attachment.
