Online coach daily receipts?

I am an (online) coach who sells courses with and without online guidance. I have invoices for these here via my webshop after payments. But is it best to keep track of daily receipts or do you recommend invoices? Or can I use a mix?

Hi, I think you can only use daily receipts if you don't issue invoices. Once you start issuing invoices, you must also record them as such in your accounts.
