I have just started as a self-employed person/freelancer. I have just received an invoice from Euromex for my legal assistance. However, they did not add my company number/vAT number. Is this a problem? Can I still submit it?
It seems strange to me that they would make such a mistake as a professional company.

Is it insurance specifically for your professional activities?
If that insurance relates to your private activities, it is obviously not deductible, even if your company number is on it.
Yes, this relates to my profession; it concerns legal assistance recommended for vets.
In such a case, I think there is little doubt about the professional nature of the insurance.
Please question, however, to mention your company number etc. in future :)
