I teach singing lessons at The Art Factory in Roeslare and drive there and back from Gentbrugge. I have created a separate monthly Word document for this with the kilometres travelled and the associated costs. If I want to process this ‘expense’, who is my ‘supplier’?

It doesn't really matter in this case, but the simplest thing to do is to create a private supplier. You can use your own name for this, there's no harm in that.
