Question

Dear Sir/Madam, I started on 11/8/2023 as a self-employed person in a secondary occupation. I have now created seven invoices using my own template and sent them to the respective customers. If I want to use your programme from now on, how should I enter these invoices? Should I use your invoice document from now on, or should I continue to create invoices as I have been doing?

Second question: I am a teacher/lecturer at Velt (a socio-cultural organisation). Does this mean I am covered by Article 44 with regard to VAT exemption?

Thank you in advance for your response.

Kind regards,

Philippe Vandewalle

You can upload the invoices and enter them into Dexxter as follows: Income > Sales invoices > blue button Upload invoices. You will then still need to enter the details manually. For your next invoices, I would recommend creating them directly in Dexxter, as this will save you the extra work.

I have this problem too. I can upload my own invoices, but I can't create them because the programme asks for amounts. I use my own invoicing programme, which contains a lot of materials. Now, when I upload an invoice, I have to transfer all my materials to the global price. But I don't see my own invoice appear.
