Hello, I have several subscriptions through the Apple App Store that I use for my business. These include subscriptions for software and cloud space. Apple does not allow me to set up a business account with them (with vAT numbers) and I cannot find an Apple address (and vAT number) from which they invoice me. How should I enter these? I do have invoices from Apple (without any information about them or me).
Does anyone have any experience with this here?

I enter these costs as receipts, so no vAT deduction, but the full cost in accounts. I've been doing it this way for years, and my accountant used to do it this way too. Maybe this will help you here.
