Gift voucher

Redeeming the gift voucher is no longer income, because you already entered it (the gift voucher) when it was sold. I am assuming that you are VAT exempted.

The turnover is already in your accounts, now the person has come to get something (or have something done) but that no longer has any impact on your accounts.

I don't think so... There is no such thing as a gift voucher in Dexxter, it is just a sales invoice (where you have invoiced a gift voucher).
