Do you need a fuel card to enter your fuel?

Thanks in advance

No, that is not required. You can also just enter the receipts, but then they have the value of a receipt (so vAT is not recoverable). Or you can question an invoice at every petrol station, or if you go to the same one a lot, question an invoice once a month. These are all possibilities.
