In principle, the invoice date applies. Invoices that you receive late can be entered in the next quarter or even later. However, in your case, the opposite is true. I think it is best to enter them in 2024; that seems safest to me.
I was afraid of that. I was hoping I could still record them in 2023 to reduce my income tax a little.

You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
