Paying a receipt in cash is no problem. It is possible and allowed. Just make sure that not everything is paid in cash, because then you will probably have to give an explanation as to where you got all that cash from during a tax audit :)
But paying for something in cash and claiming it occasionally is no problem. You can enter that receipt as you always do.
Hello!
You don't necessarily have to pay for a restaurant visit with your card. You can also pay in cash.
What is important, however, is your vAT receipt. That is proof of payment. You can then enter this as an expense and it will be 69% deductible. The vAT itself from the restaurant visit is not deductible.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
