How do I change the status from ‘still to be done’ to ‘done’ after paying my quarterly vAT return?

Hi,

I had that happen to me at the beginning too. It means you haven't uploaded your receipts to Dexxter. That's the last step in filing your return in Dexxter. It's easy to overlook. You can still do it, though. Just go back through the step-by-step plan and upload them at the end.
