Your nutrition itself is trade goods. The same applies to all the ingredients you need to prepare the nutrition.

The materials depend on the situation. A storage box or a spatula are just small items, but packaging that you provide with your nutrition (e.g. wooden cutlery, boxes for burgers, disposable plates, etc.) are also trade goods, because they are part of what you sell.
