I would like to make advance payments for personal income tax, but I was wondering if you paid too much in advance payments, will you get a refund? As I have no idea how much taxes I should pay.

For the rest, I would definitely search for "advance payment" in our learning center. There you can find a video in which we also discuss overpaid advance payments.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
