The first steps in Dexxter 👣
Your trial period with Dexxter starts from when you have confirmed your email address and answered all the start-up questions. It runs for 30 days and you can follow up at the top to see how long your trial is still valid. We give this to every new user, because we really want to give everyone a chance to get started and test our accounting software well. During this trial period, you can immediately start using all the functionalities, just as if you had a paid subscription. Note that this data will also be saved afterwards.
The 30 days fly by ⏱️
Your 30 days are up and it states ‘You have a free account, extend now ->’. Don’t panic, your entered data is neatly stored in Dexxter and can be viewed in the free reading version from Dexxter. When you sign up for a subscription, you can also go back and edit this data and add additional data.

Accounting content? Time for a subscription!
At the top states the ‘Extend now’ button and with one click on it, you are immediately taken to the right page to close a subscription from Dexxter! There, choose whether to go for an annual subscription for €180 excluding vAT and save €60 versus taking out a monthly subscription. An annual subscription can be taken out either via bancontact or credit card. The other option is to close a monthly subscription, but this can only be done by credit card and costs €20 per month excluding vAT.
You do not close a subscription immediately?
Just as good friends. Don’t worry, you have not yet provided any payment details and we never just start up a subscription. We don’t like this ourselves ;-). So you don’t have to do anything anymore. But of course, you can still inform support via the ‘support’ button at the top and let us know why you are not continuing with Dexxter.
