What do you mean by auxiliary materials? Everything from trade goods and raw materials must be included in your inventory.

Consumables such as herbs that you add to purchased trade goods.

Herbs are raw materials just like other ingredients, but if it's only about €10 (some paprika here, some curry there), I wouldn't bother.
