Hey everyone
I started the Dexxter trial subscription in December 2021 and entered a amount of customers as a test, but no invoices = or +€250 excl. VAT. Can I now export an XML customer list from 2021 or not?
Thanks in advance!

Hello Glenn,
Please note that only Belgian VAT-registered customers need to be included in the listing. But if there were no customers equal to or greater than €250 in 2021, then your listing will simply be empty?
If you are exempted from VAT, then you do not need to submit a listing.
Hello
Thank you in advance for your answer.
All customers from 2021 had more than €250, but up to and including Q4 2021, everything was/is managed by an accountant. In other words, there are customers in Dexxter for 2021 but no invoices. Is there no way in Dexxter to create an XML export from these customers, or do I have to add fictitious invoices +€250 linked to these customers in 2021?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Glenn
Hello Glenn,
You could also do it in a manual way. Using an XML file is always easy, of course, but in your case, you could also submit it manually, for example.
Go to intervat, log in (in your own name) and then you can submit it in the dashboard (tab at the top of the intervat screen).
Go to 'aangifte via scherm' (submit via screen), enter your vAT number and select 'klantenlist' (customer list) under 'type aangifte' (type of submission).
Continue, go through the steps and in one of these steps you will be able to add your customers in a manual manner and their respective turnover for 2021.
If you have a small business vAT exemption (no idea if that is the case :)), you will also need to confirm your turnover for 2021 in one of those steps. If you do not have a small business vAT exemption, simply leave that step blank.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
