Is it correct that a therapeutic consultation is exempted from VAT anyway and therefore does not count towards the 25,000 euro limit? And how can you enter this in Dexter?

I think you are then a mixed VAT payer? So part of it is subject to VAT and part of it is exempted from VAT. I'm not sure if that's possible in Dexxter? It's a bit more specialised. Maybe ask support?
Mixed vAT is not possible in Dexxter. My wife is also in this situation and unfortunately cannot use Dexxter. I myself am not exempted from VAT, but luckily I can use Dexxter!
And there are some differences:
Not subject to VAT: no customer list, ever. Special mention on invoice for art 44.
Exempted from VAT: sometimes customer list for those customers and separate special mention on invoice for art 56 (small business).
So be careful! And unfortunately, this is not yet possible via Dexxter, otherwise I could have immediately let that accountant go for my wife's file... first-class money-grubber...
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
