draft invoice print error

Question

I created a first sales invoice, viewed the draft (which is okay), downloaded it and printed it. However, the printout only shows the text in black, the coloured dividing lines and the grey text are not printed?

I don't have this problem; download and print success for me. Are you sure your printer is working good? ;) ²
