Flat amount for electricity, water + miscellaneous

Question

A friend who is an accountant told me that I could submit a lump sum amount each month for electricity, gas, water, miscellaneous costs (coffee, etc.). She said that they record this under a miscellaneous item, as you cannot, of course, create an invoice for your private expenses to your business. Is this option also available in Dexxter? Or how can I enter this flat-rate cost?

Oooh, good question! Let me check. My accountant used to do that too, but I don't know under which expense item :(. How much do you take as a lump sum? She had told me that I could definitely enter €150 for this every month!

I received the next information from a fellow entrepreneur:

The circular from the FPS Finance can be used to substantiate the expense allowance.

Circular for working from home:

RSZ instructions:

The amount of €148.73 (in 2023) is normally entered under wage code 8430. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the information! That was indeed my intention, but I cannot find the cost category for this wage code here in Dexxter. Also, because you do not have a document from here, and here you are required to upload a document. Perhaps someone here knows the answer?
