My rental agreement does indeed state that I am not allowed to carry out any professional activities, on pain of immediate termination of the rental agreement. So I started searching for a business address for my company and paid more than €150 per month for this, which can be terminated on a monthly basis. Can I still use my home address (my rented flat) as my business address without incurring penalties from the owner if I do not claim any deductible expenses? This would also have consequences for the owner in terms of property tax to his detriment. I do not carry out any commercial activities, by which I mean that I sell on Bol.com (e-commerce, not dropshipping!) and use a fulfilment centre in Belgium for this, so that ordered goods are delivered to the customer via this logistics centre and not via my address. Am I then legally okay with regard to the owner of my flat?
