How do you receive the registration fees? Is it in cash (with or without a receipt) or by bank transfer after online registration via a website or by email or after issuing an invoice? If you receive cash (without an invoice), it must be entered in the daily receipts. If you received it on via the bank (whether or not via a payment organisation such as PayPal) with an invoice, you must enter it as a sale to a private person or a Belgian company (or EU company). If you receive it via the bank without an invoice, you must enter it as a sale to a private person. For sales to private persons, you enter it on the day the money is received; for sales to a Belgian or EU company, you can choose to enter it either on the invoice date or on the date of receipt.Please note that if you are self-employed in secondary occupation, when selling on invoice to EU companies, you must submit vAT declaration 629 before the 20th of April, July, October or December because the vAT is reversed. For vAT purposes, it is the invoice date that counts, not the date on which payments were received.
