In 2025, there will be new rules for copyright in Belgium. The maximum percentage that can be classified as copyright will decrease from 40% in 2024 to 30% in 2025. This calculator helps you quickly gain insight into your net income from copyright on an invoice.

The calculation takes into account the flat-rate cost deduction (50% up to €19,480 and 25% between €19,480 and €38,970) and the withholding tax of 15%. You can immediately see how much from your invoice is taxed as copyright and which part falls under the normal tax rules.
