I have just submitted my vAT declaration. When entering the details, it stated that I had to log in to Intervat using my details, which included my vAT number.
So now my previous vAT declarations and my customer list are under my ‘private’ account and my new vAT declaration from this year is under my company number.

That's fine! I recently asked the support team about this question.
Apparently, it used to be impossible to do this 'in the name of a company', but now it is. That's why they updated it, because otherwise many people said: it seems wrong to do this in my own name, isn't it for my company?
So it is possible to do it in the name of a company, which is why they have updated the wording to 'log in via company'. But both login methods are still possible.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
