Terms and Conditions

Question

Our “own” Terms and Conditions take up quite a bit of space on the invoice. Is there a way to reduce the font size and place them on the back of the invoice? Other solution could be to refer to the Terms and Conditions on our website, but i don’t know if this is legally as “strong”.

Reducing the font size is not (yet) possible. Question asked to the guys via support, possibility is on the list of developments. It can indeed be annoying to have terms and Conditions on multiple pages :)

As for whether referring to them is legally equally strong, I have no idea... I sometimes see it done by larger companies, so there must be something to be said for it. I am not a solicitor myself.
