Can I still submit receipts without an invoice? Or is it now required to request an invoice from the shop in connection with Peppol?

I have the same question...

I am exempted from VAT, so I regularly make purchases as a 'private person' for my business because if I do this as a business, VAT is often reversed and I suddenly have to submit VAT declarations...
