Good evening, everyone. Is it me or should I now submit a customer list? Situation: I have a vAT exemption (sole proprietor) but I do have a amount of (Belgian) customers to whom I invoiced more than €250 in 2023. When I look in the ‘customer list’ menu, there are indeed a amount of customers listed.
Can anyone tell me whether I need to submit this?

As a VAT-exempted person, you must submit a customer list if you have invoiced subject to VAT or VAT-exempted persons for more than €250 excl. VAT. In your case, this is the case, so you will have to submit the customer list!
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
