Dear Sir/Madam, My VFs are automatically sent from a Dexxter email address. Unfortunately, these may be perceived as phishing by my customer. One customer informed me that he had never had the email with my VF received on, so I sent it to him again separately in a pDF document.
Can the invoices be sent from my own email address?
If not, how can the customer trust that they have received an invoice from me via your channel, which is unfortunately still unknown and, let’s say, unloved by them? ;(
