Purchase of trade goods with purchase vouchers

I purchased trade goods with vouchers I had received. The vouchers are stated in the invoice details, but the final amount is, as stated, the amount after the vouchers have been deducted. However, I actually paid much more than the amount on the invoice. Can I add the vouchers back myself so that I can enter the full value?
