Can I take out a loan for the purchases of materials? What kind of loan and how do I enter it?

If you find a bank (or other financier) that considers you creditworthy and is willing to grant you a loan for this purpose, then yes, you can. The type of loan does not matter. How you submit it depends on the terms of the loan (shorter than 1 year or longer than 1 year).
