Invoices without vAT information from the UK

Hello

I have an invoice from an online service, paid by credit card, which does not include vAT information.

The vAT number starts with EU, and the invoice is in pounds sterling.

How can I know whether this is charged with or without vAT?

If you really can't find out whether it includes vAT or not, I would just enter it as if there was no vAT. That way you're always on the safe side, right?

Exclusive and inclusive are the same. Or am I missing something? :)

Was it success? What about vAT numbers starting with EU......
