How do I enter a subsidy without an invoice?

Question

I have received a subsidy. No invoice is sent for it, so how do I enter it in Dexter without supporting documentation?

Um... Your bank statement showing the subsidy? Or just some kind of document, email or similar? Just some kind of document seems fine to me?
