Is there an option to download all the data I enter into Dexxter myself?
I am currently trying out this tool and am definitely a fan.
But I would also like to keep an ‘offline’ backup handy, for the tax authorities or myself, so that I am not stuck if the tool suddenly becomes unavailable (or too expensive due to future price increases).
In your account info, on the right-hand side, there is a blue button state 'user data' with a download icon. I think that's what you're searching for ;)

Uploaded documents do not seem to be included (yet). :)I collect all incoming and outgoing invoices on my computer in folders. They remain there after I have uploaded them to Dexxter. I print the diaries quarterly. I also download all documents from Intervat. That way, you have a complete backup of your accounts. I don't think it's possible to export to other programmes, but that's the case with most accounting programmes (I think).
Could it be that this function has been removed completely?I am also testing whether this could be something for me, but just like the questioner, I would like to have everything separately stated on a data disc.
Same question. It seems to me that it is required under legislation to provide this. Has a solution been offered here for this?
I just asked Dexxter to this personally and they said they do, but you have to send an email to [email protected] ☺You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
